(4 group sessions per week and weekly 1:1 sessions)

Fee Schedule (Private Pay/No Insurance):

Group Therapy Services: $45/hour

IOP Program: $112.50/hour

Individual Services: $200/hour

Professional Consultation Services $150/hour

Clinical Supervision: $100/hour

Clinical Oversight and use of NPI for billing: 30% per claim
