Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) for Substance Use

(4 group sessions per week and weekly 1:1 sessions)

Fee Schedule (Private Pay/No Insurance):

Group Therapy Services: $45/hour

IOP Program: $112.50/per day

Individual Services: $200/hour.

Professional Consultation Services $150/hour.

Clinical Supervision: $100/hour.

Clinical Oversight and use of NPI for billing: 30% per claim
