Client consultations are always FREE!
We are currently accepting the following payment options and insurance:

-Anthem/BCBS/Carelon
-OH Medicaid/Medicare
-Medical Mutual

-Private Pay (see fee schedule below)
-TriCare
We can submit claims to your insurance as an out of network provider requesting reimbursement, if your plan has out of network benefits. This does not guarantee full payment by your insurance plan, and you will be responsible for any remaining balance on your account.
Fee Schedule (Private Pay/No Insurance):
Group Therapy Services: $45/hour
IOP Program: $112.50/per day
Individual Services: $175/hour.
Professional Consultation Services $150/hour.
Clinical Supervision: $100/hour.
