The program offers the flexibility to extend programming up to six months when clinically appropriate. This personalized approach allows each client to progress at their own pace while receiving the necessary support resources to achieve lasting recovery.
Our IOP includes the following:
A comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment
Therapeutic group sessions four times per week (Mon-Thurs). Each session is a minimum of 2.5 hours.

Our treatment methods
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a structured, evidence-based psychotherapy that operates on the premise that thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected, and that changing unhelpful thought patterns can lead to changes in emotions and behavior.
Dialectical Behavior (DBT)
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a structured, evidence-based treatment originally developed by Marsha Linehan for borderline personality disorder, now widely used across a broad range of presentations including emotional dysregulation, self-harm, chronic suicidality, eating disorders, PTSD, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and interpersonal difficulties.
Group Therapy
Group therapy is a structured therapeutic modality in which one or more clinicians facilitate treatment with multiple clients simultaneously, typically ranging from 5 to 15 participants. It is used across a wide range of presentations including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, interpersonal difficulties, personality disorders, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, life transitions, social isolation, and co-occurring disorders.
Person-centered (Rogerian)
Person-centered therapy is used to create a nonjudgmental, empathetic therapeutic relationship in which clients feel genuinely accepted and understood, allowing them to explore underlying emotional pain or unmet needs. By trusting in each individual’s capacity for self-awareness and growth, a person-centered approach helps clients reconnect with their own values and strengths, fostering the self-worth and autonomy needed to pursue change.
