Consultation

At Lydian, we provide a variety of consultation services to agencies, private practices, and individual practitioners at a set hourly rate.

Clinical Consultation

  • weekly clinical supervision (individual/group) of clinicians with the following credentials: CT, LPC, LPCC, CDCA 

  • clinical process improvement

  • clinical ethics

  • program/curriculum development

  • building staff morale and retention

  • review and approval of clinical documentation for compliance purposes and billing

  • provision of quality addiction treatment services

  • attendance in staff meetings as needed

  • staff training

Business Operations Consultation

  • credentialing/licensing
